    1. About These Terms

These terms govern your use of BikeVi.com and the purchase of BikeVi NFC emergency stickers. By using our website or purchasing our products, you agree to these terms.

    2. Products

BikeVi sells NFC-enabled emergency stickers designed to help riders be contacted in emergencies. The sticker enables a "tap-to-call" flow where a helper can initiate contact with the rider via a secure web-based call.

    3. Disclaimer

BikeVi is a communication tool that helps connect helpers with riders. It is not an emergency service. BikeVi does not guarantee emergency response, medical assistance, or any specific outcome. In a genuine emergency, always call 999 (UK), 911 (US), or your local emergency number first.

    4. Pricing & Payment

All prices are displayed in GBP (£) and include VAT where applicable. We accept payment via Stripe (credit/debit cards, Apple Pay, Google Pay) and PayPal. Prices are subject to change without notice.

    5. Shipping

We aim to dispatch orders within 1-2 business days. Delivery times are estimates and not guaranteed. See our Shipping & Returns page for full details.

    6. Returns & Refunds

Unused stickers may be returned within 30 days of delivery for a full refund. Damaged items will be replaced free of charge. See our Shipping & Returns page for details.

    7. Liability

BikeVi provides a tool to facilitate communication in emergencies. We are not liable for any injury, damage, or loss arising from the use or inability to use our product. The product supplements, but does not replace, proper safety practices and emergency services.

    8. Intellectual Property

All content on BikeVi.com, including text, images, logos, and designs, is owned by BikeVi and protected by intellectual property laws.
